The hurricane season 2010 has started. Hurricane Earl dealt a glancing blow to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, downing trees and knocking out power lines. Then it passed not far from the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, not touching the DR with its devastating power. At the moment it is heading to the US East Coast, where hurricane warnings and watches have been already issued as it is reported to approach the East Coast by late Thursday.
We strongly hope that it will not cause any damage… And we keep an eye on the Tropical Storm Fiona which is actually not expected to strengthen over the next few days. We wish you blue sky and sunny weather wherever you are! |
